Renee was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a feeling that i wasnt just another haircut. she asked what i wanted and what type of look i was going for. i usually get clipper cuts so it was a new experience but a great one and i dont think i will go back to clippers! she is great at keeping the conversation going and the next thing i knew i was done. went in looking like Screech came out looking like Brad Pitt!
