I grew up on beautiful Whidbey Island, WA, and decided to move to San Diego in 2008. I love the warm sunny weather and upbeat vibe this amazing city has to offer. Having a natural talent for makeup, hair, and fashion I worked as an assistant at the age of 16 at a local salon, and continued my extensive training at Gene Juarez Academy in Seattle, Wa. That training has allowed me to further my skills in Bumble and Bumble, L’Oréal, and Vidal Sassoon techniques.
I absolutely love meeting new people and building lasting relationships with my loyal clientele and I place customer service as a top priority in my work ethic. My patience, particular style, and creativity allow me to inspire my clients to rejuvenate their sense of style allowing them to feel refreshed every visit. I love Diesel Salon, and feel that I have finally found a place that I can continue to learn and grow in an ever-evolving industry.

For many years I’ve refused to let any other stylist touch my hair other than my stylist of 13years back home in Florida until I met Jaclyn. A friend of mine referred Diesel Salon so I made my first appointment for my 8year old daughter with Jaclyn. I was so happy with the haircut my daughter received from Jaclyn. Jaclyn is very friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable. I was so pleased with her service that I decided to make an appointment for myself. I’ve already seen Jaclyn twice and she succeeds beyond my expectations. I just explain to her my vision and she delivers more than I anticipated. I’m so happy to find a hairstylist that I can trust other than my hairstylist from back home. It is really hard for me to find a great hairstylist due to being a Navy wife. Now I’m pleased to say I found a great hairstylist..

Due to my job, I temporarily relocated to San Diego for seven months. First thing on my list was to find a salon. I called Diesel Salon and booked with Jaclyn. She was great! She out did my stylist from back home, gave me exactly what I asked for and exceeded my expectations. I went to her every 8 weeks the entire time I was there. I even booked my mom with her when she came out to visit and she loved Jaclyn as well. Now that I’m home, I’m totally missing Jaclyn and Diesel Salon, and my mom is too. I would highly recommend her. I’m hoping I can get a trip back to San Diego soon just to visit Jaclyn and Diesel Salon!

Jaclyn is an amazing hair stylist!! She has been styling my hair for over three years and I have always left the salon 100% satisfied. I’ve had my share of bad haircuts in my past so I’m always a little apprehensive about going to a new stylist. I read some great reviews about Diesel salon and decided to give it a go, this is when I met Jaclyn. She was really great with talking with me about what we can do with my hair before we even started with the wash. I was so happy with my haircut I’ve been back several times since, always booking with Jaclyn. I can always count on her to make me feel good about my hair when I walk out of the salon. I’m so glad I found such a great hairstylist and happy to recommend her to my friends.
